I can't see mine, and it bugs me!

It's all clean, but I just wanted it on and ready to go rather than having to strip it to repaint

Painted the trailing arms though, so it's just the slightly faded arb that's looking out of place lol
slap a bit of red hammerite on them Smile
This comming along nicely Smile

Be interesting to see what you think of the solid rear mounts.I absolutely love them,306's should of come out of the factory with them, complete tranforms the handling.

Haha, some days I feel like it :-\

Ooooo, I found a Cola bottle sweet in the exhaust packaging? Do you want it back? lmao
You're as bad as me for buying more parts before the other parts are fitted

I just like to get it all ready to do in one hit. Nothing annoys me more than changing something then having to wait till next payday to do the rest of the job for example.

Hoarde like there's no tomorrow then spend a weekend fitting everything :-)
Its the 'weekend' Im short on for doing stuff....
Glad about the late light evenings...but my mind and body isnt!

Have you decided which cars are coming to which shows??

Gti6 for everything this year. The rallye is going to be a long term thing to get it done to the standard I want.

I'm moving into town soon too so need to start saving towards rent n shit haha
I dont understand how you can own so many cars and be into all of them at once Undecided

Brand new discs, have that protective silver paint on them to stop them rusting

Don't see the point of cleaning it until all the parts are on :-P
Epic progress mate Smile

Be interesting to see what your opinion is of the magnex.I personalised did nt like the sound when i first had it(especially at low speeds),but when your giving it the beans its sounds epic, you running a decat aswell ?

Left the cat on dude, spoke to a lot of '6 owners about their opinion on cats and decat, seems they lose midrange torque with a straight pipe which is probably my favourite thing about this engine.

Also keeps it legal and easy to mot lol

I personally love the rasp of a Magnex, to me it's the classic Peugeot valver soundtrack, plus this exhaust is crazy light! The cat back section seems to weigh about as much as the standard backbox!
Yeah I love the magnex sound on a 106/rallye/saxo but magnex use a 2.5 bore on the 6 so get max power but max boom with less raspy hence why the 106's ones are so rasy because the bore is like 2 inch???

Yesh with mine It was lack low down torque but for what I use it for its certainly the best system..
The standard backbox weighs an absolute tonne!

Looking good, nice shineys! Big Grin

I think the one I took off probably weighs more than your average one anyway because of the amount of welding done on it haha.

Looking through old mot's, blowing exhaust had been an advisory for the last 3 years haha.

The entire exhaust and box was basically made out of patches and pigeon shit welding haha

I put it next to the 2" supersprint off my rallye and it makes it look like a peashooter in comparison haha

I'll just have to drive it enthusiastically everywhere to keep it sounding good then haha

Matt is decatting his rallye soon so I'll have a go in that (with matts kind permission :-P) to pass judgement on whether the cat stays or not.

Dum-Dum, if you read this, I think your rallye has the same exhaust as this? The ear bleedingly loud one?
Shit the forums down, Zakk must be updating ALL of his project threads again Undecided
