Yeah 5.1 non silicone
Don't see the problem with Halfords, it's all the same shit in the bottle no matter what brand haha

Aslong as the boiling point is 300+ and non silicone based that'll do

I wouldn't trust Asda with bottled water in the coolant than brake fluid ;p probably and up being vinegar or something.

They're fitted the right way! Everyone fits grooved discs the wrong way around lol
Depends on the manufacturer of the disc Tongue

Oh dear.
What can i say.. the 306 love is very strong with me! lol
Urghmahhgaad these brembos are awesome Big Grin
Great day out at forge action day on the weekend, nice to chat to the people I saw
[Image: IMG_300522850747_zpsd7dbb640.jpeg]Had some real nice comments about the 6 which was a bonus of the day too

My new wheels also turned up on the weekend, was hoping to have them fitted for action day but I need more clearance over the brembos so looking into the proper hubcentric wheel adapter things as I'm not going to be happy to simply space them out more than 20mm

Not much going on recently as I quit my job a couple of weeks ago after a disagreement, so no money for cars at the moment Sad

All that's being going on is occasionally cleaning it since I can't afford the petrol to drive it lol

Those wheels look winning. love how this looks right now! Big Grin Hope you get your job sorted soon!
I've spent an entire day off cleaning my fleet. So I'd fill your time detailing ;-)
I know I'm a little late to the party but those discs ARE the wrong way round. I had a set of TarOx G88 Xantia 288 discs and read the sheet.

I also arrive late too parties, apparently its fasionable? but i digress...

I fail to see how mounting them the opposite way has a positive effect on the braking? maybe smoother but nowhere near as much bite.

The way they are now means the groove is actively cutting into the pad thus creating much resistance (very wow)... the other way round would surely not produce that same effect or certainly not to the same extent?

I could be completely talking out of my butthole on this one but i cant get my head around how that would be better so if i am wrong please provide evidence in laymans terms so i can understand Big Grin muchlove x
The grooves arent designed for 'bite'

They are designed to displace heat and dust. Which you want to displace outwards, not inwards to the centre imo

Centrifugal forces n all that
