Yeah bud want the purple more with the comps polished or keep them white need to get prices but dunno when the cars going to rayven yet so wont be till late next year the colour change and ill gett pics up soon got loads but cba to put them in the computer yet

Man that sucks about the shafts, makes me worry about mine.

Not much has happened for the last few weeks apart from, taking out the rear seats, finding out my beam is caput, put a smooth bonnet and grill on , spray paint 'he's gone' on the bonnet, fitted a net in the rear and currently spraying my snoothed front bumper in primer also will be getting another rear bumper to cut up to make the number plate recces smaller for my 13x8 number plate and to smooth the exhaust cut out and get a custome made back box thats all pretty much whats happened mostly prepping the car for paint and getting the wheels fully polished!

well change of plan was tempted to sell it but after going for a blast down some b roads, I had the biggest smile on my face and realised I was 10 miles away from my mates house anyway its staying static so buying new coilovers and refurbing a beam once ive picked it up, its also staying astor I cant justify spending 2k on a colour change just going to spend a bit of money on new wheels

You would need small spacers to clear your gti6 brakes and maybe to clear the inner arch on the rear, but nothing massive. I will provide said spacers and wheels bolts with the wheels though, so will save you a chunk.

I cant remember what size they are off hand, but i know i had to use 2 6mm ones on the back, and because im tight, i never got any proper ones lol but the fronts are hubcentric, and im pretty sure they are 10mm

Just buy them, then i can get some new tyres and powdercoat my new porsche rims for the jetta

well haven't really updated with pictures for a while, pretty much got a pictures from way back at fcs, so anyway kinda changed the name of the build for now as its kinda mix and match colours at the moment hence frankenstien, putting all the parts on now for spray so then the car can go into the body shop with all the parts there, the plans for colour has changed a lot its staying astor now as I don't really want to spend 2k on a paint job and the car really not going in value for having it. wheel plans are for wider and a lot wider but still be going on air but I don't no when yet, buying new coilovers and a new beem on payday as the front isn't low enough and the rear is well broken..... really broken! any way enough of words pictures

all started off when my drive shaft broke again 2days before fcs, wasn't best pleased but its happened not the end of the world

right might aswell explain the reason ive put 'hes gone' on it

started about 3 months ago, our old supervisor was caught doing private jobs after hours on kwikfits property by our big boss, a very very big nono as its kinda taking customers away from the company and most important making us have less bonus, ever since then our mot tester ( whos old skool but the biggest legend ive met) kept shouting 'hes gone' everytime he saw him, one thing led to another now the whole workshop shouts it now, well the supervisor handed in his notice as I think he new what was coming, were his new job is now I drive past him every day so as I put the bonnet on looked dull and boring so I put 'hes gone' on it just to make sure he see's every morning and remembers what a bell peece he was.

yeah for now anyway until I get my pay increased and cant be arsed to clean it to be honest I like it good to hear people say what they think, its only temp though until I get enough Wonga to het the whole front end sprayed, the rear and the arches but its all fun and games

But I have to be honest and say I preferred the std front end as I don't think it pulls off 'smooth' with unsmooth morrettes

But it's your car so it only matters if you like it

Oh ive also stripped the rear seats out and now repping a 205 gti steering wheel as ill be semding the omp off to get it refurbished
