Would of thought bodies and standalone ecu are acheivable with that kinda cash, but it is alot to spend on a 306!
Doesnt even own a 306.

What I would do to a GTI6...

Coilovers at the front
The most regulable shocks I could find ti the rear
(with those 2 two try to make some mass balance)

-Brakes (bigger is not always better)...lightweight and strong
-Oil cooler
-Remap
-Exhaust (maybe a Remus or akrapovic)
-LSD
-Shortshifter
-Tires

I think that is already out of budget....probably if there is an akrapovic would cost the 2500GBP..the LSD arround 700, the coilovers...good ones are arround 1500+
