I freely admit I am baffled by all this I keep thinking there must be damage down there somewhere so I am going to give it a thorough look over.

Thanks for your help Paul but can you explain the logic to setting the toe to zero on the front will that help identify the issues in someway or rule out others?

Also if I put lowering springs on it will that give me more caster?
