Sorry James your not going to find them seats in mint condition Iv been looking for as long as Iv had mine although I no Peugeot has in stock the covers for the upright part of seats for a woping £670

What's the cause of the colour difference between door and quarter panel? Had a repair at some point? Have you dared to take the skirts off yet

Yeah can see been repaired and painted. 

And no...but sills dont look mullered by poor jacking tbh. never removing skirts tho lol

Got on with engine mount this week...
Need a 16v hdi vitara or scudo side mount and then essentially hack up (precision engineer with die grinder bit on a dremel) your 206/306 top mount...

   

   

   

   

   

Next up...making the belt covers fit...

My "weldking" did the doohickey with the triggerwicky and repaired an AC pipe...

   

Legend. Just need to find a reasonable drier now as thats likely not much use anymore.

Can't imagine how nice it will be to have working AC in a 306 - good effort in restoring it

What looks like very little has taken many evenings work; custom bits done to both mounts, all the covers, plus bolted all aux bits on and bottom pulley on.

   

Fuel filter housing cut up to allow for 16v injector rail. Injectors also in with new seals/washers. Lines all on. 

   

Also made up 9 studs for the exhaust flange. Copper shiny nuts for the win. 
Cooling stuff on too. Beefy oil line also on. Done a few bits that not taken pics of tbh. 

   

Awaiting aux belt... Then its time to hang it in an engine bay. Friday all being well.

i am also interested in this as i have an engine here i need to paint. maybe do a little guide on it. also looking epic as always

Prep wise .... Lots and lots of petrol and brake cleaner and wire wheels.
Paint: hammerite.
