Ain't much fun sitting at home awaiting a not very nice heart op but:
Friday: Bumble about this morning, no doubt involving tea and Call Of Duty. Have to take latest sick note to work first...this afternoon have a Father's day afternoon at school with my daughter. Possible ciders tonight

Sat: Stepsons birthday so bit of a do at parents in law. Off then to a very good friends 50th. Lots of beers, likely to be pretty late

 Sunday: Not much I reckon!

Sorry dude, wasn't in control of the day, still had usher duties going on. And afterwards a very ill missus in tow, who might have actually stabbed me if i'd suggested seeing car people.

Well of you're ever this way again mate, I'll get you a pint. So eventful afternoon, started Monday, went up had a look at this after work, looked straight and in decent condition bar the bonnet which is absolutely fecked. But doors, wings and front bumper are sound (apart from a few light scuffs on the bumper) so picked it up today after work, suspected head gasket failure, but meg whatever only 25 miles back to work, drash on and all drove it a mile or so to the petrol station (which happens to be next to macdonalds, so lunch was had) without problem, water temp was fine, so off we went. After maybe a mile or 2 the temp started rising drastically, so pulled it over and had a look. Engine red hot, radiator stone cold, hmm very strange, decided that the stat must be stuck closed and not letting the coolant flow, whipped that out, bled the system and away we go, temp stayed at 70 all the way back, worked out that must of been why the head gasket went in the first place, but hey ho never mind
