It will look like however many LED's you drill into the mirror cap/rub strip,
personally I think the rub strip would look a lot neater and be easier to do with the wiring already being there..........

i had the issue when the cab went in for its MOT.. It has to be seen from the front / side to pass.
I just stuck some onto the wing mirrors and it passed. looking to get something more permenant soon.
