Headgasket is pretty unlikely to happen but it isn't unheard of so worth checking when buying
The pump fuel lines and injectors can be had for around £80 it involves taking off the cambelt but it's straight forward
Yes as long as it is a Bosch fuel pump poar it straight into the tank just have to change the fuel filter more often and in colder weather run 60% veg 40% diesel
