BMI is a pretty archaic method of measuring fitness. People never take it that serious. As soon as you start putting on muscle it basically goes out the window.
My BMI is apparently spot on I'm 5'11 and 75kg.
Which is good for me as I have to watch my weight and eat copious amounts of food every day.
If your using clubbing as a measurement of fitness then there's a problem
