have you never heard of turbo lag? you stomp your foot down and it bogs down with a cloud of smoke..........

Regardless of type of engine diesel, petrol, turbo, normally aspirated if you don't use the gears to get the engine load right it will be crap acceleration heck that's why we have these things called a gearbox

The thing is you keep spouting about which cars better but each has their own strength and weaknesses.

Just enjoy driving your car that is yours and be happy lol

completely agree. you can get big power out of some of these diesels but none sound as good as some petrols!
