Definitely this! I could quite easily drive at 60 on the motorway in the golf, and 40 through the b road, then go for a thrash at the weekend.....but now I'm speeding everywhere and raping fuel again, just like being back in the 1.8 but with less power and bwarp!
there is something about them that just wants to push as hard as possible round every corner!
