Admiral Car insurance do not understand MOTs!!
#1
The GF rang her insurance up today (admiral) and was firstly greeted by a polite welsh guy. Unfortunatly it all went downhill once the bloddy indians got there hands on the phone.

It took nearly 10 mins of trying to explain what an MOT was before we eventually got tho to a manager who DID understand the meaning of an MOT!

I was nearly in tears listening it was soo funny.

She had to try explain to him what an MOT was and why you need one for your car to be road legal.

I know these oversea callcenters are shit but seriously??!!

That's quite impressively appalling! Odd though, never had to deal with a foreign call centre in my time with admiral, it's half the reason i like them so much. Saves me a good £10 off the phone bill - no wasted time trying to understand what the hell they're on about and vice versa. lol

EDIT: Seriously Tom? You need an MOT to be able to insure your car mate... Doh

She needed to check if her insurance was valid if the MOT ran out. Come on Tom you should know this!

Same here but her car will be sat on the public road if it fails so we needed to check if she would be covered at all. But trying to get that answer took an age.
