Indeed pull, what clutch are you planning on putting back in it? Might as well put something decent in now if your planning on running more power in the future....

Jps setups only like 200 from cg (mates just bough one for his hdi)
So its only like 80 more than a gen valeo item anyway.

There pretty easy to kill though, My CG clutch after 2k of abuse looks like a pile of burnt scrap...works well though when in use, just made cheaply I guess

Errrm id be inclined to fill the rad with liquid metal for the time being if the rest of its in good condition. After having to buy 300 quids worth of Nissens Rads id seriously just do that.

Think i know why its holding back, one of the injectors are f*cked, from cold it smokes really bad, but if you tap the revs really quick theres one knock sound and again and again after each quick rev, give it a good blast, get it warm and no smoke then it wont knock

Since mine does the same thing with the knocking/smoke/miss from cold and when I was trying to sort it I had 3 sets of Injectors tested all of which were fine and all of which have been in my car I am inclined to believe that this is not your problem..............
