Hey guys, I'm peeved off with my coilovers bottoming out still, so I'm just wondering if anyone knows the sizes of the springs or could recommend places for upgrades
Size's and specs would be awesome

Normal coilover springs are 2.25" not sure on length probably 9" then a helper spring also.
Im going for 300lb springs probably 8" and no helpers. My mate has a name of a company that do these for £31 a spring will try and get the name!

Ok haha. Are they wound all the way down?
But 300lb springs should do the trick, will be solid then!

Yeah those will be fine, cause golds aren't stiffer (gigidy) they just work better in ways only understandable by rippthrough

Let us know about the AVO Spring rate, ive got these lowered about 40mm and im generally not that happy. What to go with a higher spring rate.

Terrible to be honest mate, however with the damper set to full they are obviously overdamped which makes me feel more comfortable in getting stiffer springs. 300 lbs doesnt sound bad at all! Like i say im not slammed to the ground so was really disapointed with them!

Not a clue Jacko, im thinking 2.25ish which means they are compressed 4 inches with just the car on its own wheels, before you even start driving.
