Xsara vts front shocks / springs??

Have had a look around and can't really find out what I'm after! 
 I fitted the vts rear beam and it's noticeably former and better through the corners! Problem is its lowered the back by what appears to be 20mm give or take , seeing as suspension upgrades are the last thing on my todo list would fitting some vts shocks and springs bring the front end down by the same amount ?? Sorry if this has been answered before but I can't find anything on the height difference etc I plan on getting the b12 kit later on but for now I just want a cheap but worthy fix

Yes they are about 20mm. Had them on mine worthy setup imo

Also , would the xsara top mounts fit the 306? Found a full front setup to do me for the time being!
