So this update has been a long time coming.
Got the leathers out of Decs old car off Jordan, they are filthy but defo more comfortable and better looking. Sadly the backs have a different catch on the ph3 cars so dont fit my ph1 shell so i need some ph2 leaf leather back rests to complete the set.

Ive fitted an induction kit to get the filter out of reach of the water and remove that mess of pipe work right where id want to run FMIC pipes.

Ive also swapped in the PH3 front end off my 6 and it looks lush. Soldering in the cold and wind is no fun so was using the blow torch to heat the soldering iron. I put on the slim fan off the 6 in preparation of fitting a FMIC.

Just trying to decide if I can manage to do the HDi gearbox swap myself or if im better getting Kris to do it. Also want to colour code all the black bits and fit some ph2 rear lights and find the 405 spoiler I want.

Also the car desperately needs lowering and wheels. Ive decided im gonna get some peugeot 16s but i cant decide what yet, im also trying to decide weather I want 205/45R16s or 205/50R16s as the larger (more baloon like) sidewalls on the larger tyres cause arch issues but theyer cheaper, ride better and give better actual fuel economy.

You mean buffed into the wings? theyer the standard ph1 wings lol. I dont think the match is that bad, its just the painted ph2 rub strip makes it stand out. The painted mirror caps just above the front door look perfect.

I think the colour difference is just because the wings/doors are filthy and the ph3 front is really clean. I reckon it deffo needs some skirts though, the front loooks really low compared to the sills.

Cheers mate, skirts are on my list of things to find. Really hoping to find someone breaking a bianca meridian to get all the bits I need (want)

But you've got a donor bianca shell just sat there, why wouldn't you do it... Which incidentally is another reason why you should ignore this feeling of "it's too much hassle", it clearly gets you into trouble, reversing lights no?

OK, Its too much money. I dont have a welder or enough body filler (or the ability to cut straight with a grinder (or a working grinder for that matter))
Ill admit that not fixing my reversing lights might of been a slight error in judgement on my behalf but you live and learn.

But the phase 3 front looks nice and i cannot recommend getting a dhx engine enough, is surprising how small internal modifications make an engine way better
