		Lol the rods will have just smashed the oil pump to pieces, ive never seen an oil pump survive a conrod failure yet, its the first thing in the raging rods way!

		That's what I thought rod had been chucked and smashed the oil pump on its swift exit! Ill find out when I get the sump off tomorrow pictures to follow

		Just an excuse to put my gti6 rear axle and front brakes on while its off the road Phillip may as well put my new clutch and bottom arms on aswell and my coilovers 
Ill get damage pictures up tomorrow and a few of the progress if I think on!
 
Need a back up engine if anyone got one going cheap? For when the new one goes pop

		Devo'd for ya pal ive had this a few times too.. and first time was on a totally stock engine!! no mods whatsoever, ive seen this happen many times on a lucas when the diaphram pops and throws fuel through intake and rev the nuts of

		Nasty that sure did shat itself, i tend to use fully syntheitc 5w40 and good brand mainly from opie oils, just wondering what oil people are using when this happens and to see whether it could be related in a small way
