The DW10's don't run that hot under normal conditions anyway. However, the engine temp sensor is located at the top of the engine, screwed into the thermostat housing so it won't give you proper read...

I finally got around to taking a picture of the turbo to try and identify it. I'm guessing this would be a KKK K03s then (see below picture)? I'd like to be sure before ordering and taking everythin...

Post: RE: I'm having trouble pulling off.

I've got a similar speedo issue but only when it's cold and/or wet, but I agree that shouldn't cause (nearly)stalling the engine. (If anyone has a suggestion on what might cause the speedo issue, i'd ...

So basically you won't know until you're able to dig it out of the engine bay. That's kind of..... inconvenient. :( Edit: so what's the actual difference? Am I correct in assuming that the K03 has a ...

Actually, louvring the bonnet might not be such a bad idea. Also, it looks awesome when done right

It all just sounds like a bad airflow problem to me. While air getting in is very important, it also has to go somewhere. Are you sure there is enough room between the rad and the engine for good air...

The tacho is driven by the flywheel sensor (crankshaft position sensor). It feeds it's data to the ECU, which in turn sends a signal to the tacho. Since there's no drop in engine RPM I'd rule that ou...
