hell no ! got 3 brand new tyres and a part worn, also just bought some brand new 10mm spacers and bolts.
They wheels look pretty smart now. They are vortexs though aint they?

Looking really good in the fresh paint mate but I cant believe they didn't take the valves out.
he actually gave me a tenner back, so only paid £50 for a refurb.
