 I think I can fit a '6 box with a different final drive to hopefully see just under 2k RPM at 70 MPH in 6th. Just trying to work out all the ratios etc... And I hope I'm not being stupid here, the box would fit on... right? :oops: Welding and fabrication projects undertaken, contact me for more information.

The box fits but you need the GTi6 steering rack otherwise the wheel hits the box and youll fail your mot.

yeah, I wondered about that. At the moment I'm just looking at the theory side of it all. Trying to understand the drive ratios etc...
