Bearing pullers
#1
For wheel bearings. Who has experience with what? Don't want to get a cheap eBay jobby that will implode on itself rather than pull the bearing haha.
Don't want to spend masses, otherwise I can get them pressed, just handy tool to have if cheap enough.

Which bearings are you trying to pull?

You will want press for most of them... Unless we arnt talking about cars / 306's...

As for bearing pullers...if you want to use it more than once, any kit less than a few hundred is generally a load of poop....might get you out the crap once, but thats normally about it before they end up as a pile of cheese!

Since when Niall?!? Wish I had known this sooner lol

And wheel bearings and lower engine mount Darren. You reckon it's worth getting it done then?

Both need a press...

You can't pull wheel bearings... And you'll need to cut the old bearing out and then press in the new one tbh.

wouldnt work, nothing for them to grab hold of. M8 threaded bar, through a hench washer, through a BFO socket, then a nut to wind on, gently pulling them out.

I just got the local garage to press mine out/in for a fiver............wasn't worth the hassle or cost of buying a press imo.
