#1
As titled; easiest way to remove these pins.

Moles grips are struggling to get any movement on it.

Mole grips or a decent pair side cutters to hold it and lever it out. Its all luck of the draw whether they come out easy or are a complete pain.

205 1.8DT box and a 406 1.9DT

In 50% of cases...

I find it easier to bend the arm...then you can get the box off...
The arm/fork will then slide up enough to knock it out with a punch

205 arm will have an m7 thread on the end of the pin attach a slide hammer or wind it out with some spacers

406 pin is plain so just brute force and ignorance lol

Yeh, I spent most the time on the 406 pin as that's just a flat, slidy fukc.

The 205 has a thread so i'll look at winding a bolt onto it

Cheers

I drilled a hole through the back of the gearbox webbing, enough to slide a thin piece of round steel stock though, hammered it out from behind. 5MM hole in the gearbox won't hurt it. took 2 minutes. Mine was not coming out from the front Sad
