Hi,

What sort of prices would you pay for a radiator?

I've seen a Nissens rad for £150 is that how much they go for?

Have you checked which lower rad hose you've got? One of the rads is cheaper than the other but I can't remember which now, helpful I know! lol

I've found ones for the 2.0 16v cheap (£30) but they don't have the third connection that are on the back of the expansion part.

Does anyone know if any other cars share the same rad as this?

Sourced a rad local to me. I thought the said it was a Nissens but it's turned out to be an NRF.

It has a copper core so that should help with the heat dissipation.

The black paint coating on the core isn't great and you can see the copper in a few places. I'm worried these exposed copper areas will start corroding.

Is it worth going over the rad with the VHT paint?

After reading the stuff in the link below I think I might return the copper rad and go for an ally one.

Very interesting read.

Thanks but I bought and fitted the one off Miles.

Thanks to Miles for fast delivery and the rad was like new.

I've also found one for a good price £80 here http://www.adrad.co.uk/prices/prices.php...ke=PEUGEOT

Their after market one is a Nissens and the OE is £160!

I found them by random when I came across blog http://www.pugaddicts.co.uk/2012/11/peug...tting.html

Out of the now massive stock pile of parts I've now got the rad is the only thing I've fitted so far.
