Any gas heating engineers?

Got a quick question regarding the working pressures..
Greenstar 28i on gas if that helps Given the choice between Niall and the sheep. I would choose the sheep!

uk mains natural gas is supplied at 21mb standard after the meter
needs to be able to flow 3.02 m3/hr though according to the instal manual link to doc https://www.check-mot.service.gov.uk/ GTI6 Info Don’t drive faster than your guardian angel can fly.

i was looking for a diagnosis of a percularity with the boiler that is beyond, or so i have found google as its quite a specific search.
Given the choice between Niall and the sheep. I would choose the sheep!

Merely pointing out that theres a few different pressures he could be on about seeing as he didn't make it overly clear. What i can do though is give our situation which may help. i've had a look at ours (also a 28i) and if it was the CH system pressure you are after, ours is set at 1.5 bar. Thats where the marker has been set by the heating engineer.

Isn't it normally only the CH pressure that the lay-man can check though?
On most boilers I've had it's the only pressure gauge you can see. I don't know if there's any other gauge inside the boiler, don't you have to be gas registered to even remove the cover from the boiler?

You can't even wire in an oven yourself these days, yet they let you mess with gas boilers?

Even if you remove the cover just for a look then theres a gas leak and someone in your house dies because of it, you can be held accountable. If its your house you can practically do what ever you want however you're insurance may not cover you and if anything happened you may be accountable. Also some say you will have trouble when it comes to selling but in reality these days you mostly wont as most buyers have a EICR done before committing to buy which would highlight any issues.
