Field Support Manager for WM Morrisons. Basically I support store management teams where stores are failing and/or struggling and need support. In reality I spend most of my time dealing with HR situations and training. Also within my remit is the assessment and trial implementation of new systems and processes.

I fill out forms explaining how and why I have broken things and how and why this was necessary and how and why the repair bill shouldn't be paid for out of public money.

Apparently (according to my customers) I'm also a racist, skin headed, thug who beats people up for no apparent reason.
