Does 306 subframe fit into 205?

Hi guys im looking at a 205 project which has been started but not finished. The guy says he has fitted the 306 subframe, hubs and shafts to keep the 1.9 box for the xud9 conversion. 

Is this even possible?

No but fitting 306 hubs are although it will give positive camber

No paul this guys not a member on here at all. so basically best idea is to keep the 1.8 subframe and use the 1.8 box and shafts?

You don't need to change anything subframe wise to keep the xud9 box, having done the conversion myself!

You only need to swap the diff (for a 205 be item) or change the inner CV joint to a 306 item (which is considered a bodge, but I've done it myself and driven a fair while on it)

oh il keep you in mind dan. Posting a gearbox to northern ireland wouldnt be cheap im sure
