My clutch biting point has always been low to middle of the pedal travel. But today its changed to being at the top. Tried the usual stamping on the pedal but no change. Just wondering whether this is normal?

No, that's either your clutch cable failing or the clutch itself.

Great haha release bearing has been slightly noisy for a while anyway so time to think about a new clutch and cable.
