TA technix coilies brand new top mounts and bearings
#1
No longer needed as I'm moving to D2 coilies with camber adjustable top mounts.

These were bought two months ago and gave been sat on the car for a few weeks but the car has never been driven so all in as new condition.

They come with brand new top mounts, bearings, top shock nut, top nut cup and shiny stainless bolts. Fronts are complete and ready assembled, rear shocks haven't even been removed from their boxes yet.

Paid £210 all in for the coilies, shocks and top mount kits, wanting £160 delivered for absolutely everything, so basically the price of the coilies on eBay with two free top mount kits worth £60!

Bargain for someone...

Dont buy the D2's they only go like 60mm and thats it.
Unless obviously you go the custom route.

Custom ftw! The d2's are being offered to me for pennies so as long as these coilies sell I'll be getting custom springs.

Already tested them on a friends car and the whole body moves when you adjust the height so same damper travel. Also with his car at standard height there was about 80mm of room for lowerage and more if we wound the spring pan up. These ones have no helpers, not sure if d2's normally do?

They're purple and shiny though <3

I fitted my mates ones, out the box all the way down is like 60, but they havent settled yet.
I was planning on a inch shorter inserts (body length) with a inch shorter spring too (6.5" standard) when/if I buy some.

If you fit sorter springs, you'll gain somewhere between 5 and 15mm to screw the body into the damper more but that would be it before it would bottom out.
Both lower collers could be removed and run the spring loose you would see 20mm minimum on standard, more with shorter springs.
