MOT passed!
#1
Wink
The estate passed her MOT today. Im over the moon as I was well nervous not having owned a car long enough to MOT it for a few years ans especially as it was so cheap. She'll defo go over the 250k mark before her next one and I think im gonna treat her to a fmic fitting.

Advisory items:

1. Large dent in tailgate
2. Numerous parts attached by cable ties
3. Hammer marks
4. Inadequate engine displacement which can not be replaced

Advisories were a tiny chip in the windscreen, one tyre near the limit, another with a nick in it and a slightly frayed seat belt.

In all seriousness that car must have had some serious money spent at some point to be in such good nick at that mileage.

Must have been a dodgy garage.

It's the only logical explanation!

I got so many bad chips within the sweep AND a frayed seatbelt...

Yet no mention of them for me...just that its not a petrol and its lowered!!

Not really. Mine has passed every mot in 8 years, 268 and counting. Deeturbo is undoubtedly the same story.
