I don't have to wait until I get paid on Thursday so I'll get an oil cooler in my ebay basket! I'll just go for an oil filter sandwich. I'll get a T piece and use the pressure switch as the feed for the turbo, eventually. All my spare turbos have a bit of play in them
probably looking at a TD04 size turbo with a 15g or 16t wheel. I could fit anything, I'm going to have to make up flanges and custom pipes anyway.The GTi gearbox makes it feel like it's got 1-2 psi of boost

The downside is that 5th gear is like the old 4th gear. great pickup on the motorway, the nose of the car actually lifts hahaha!After Saturday I'm now confident the engine is good, it runs beautifully. This means it'll be able to take 30psi because my last one did. that's how it works right?
