Have to agree with the above but it's your car and you should do what pleases you. Personally to me this is the sort of car that would be amazing if it was restored to look like it's just rolled off the production line

So best put some of that rust back

I know what you all mean but the garage it's in is damp and letting water in so needed some protection on it fast. This is only tempory for now
