hey guys I seen a thread here the other day now I can't find it! I phoned peugeot ecosse today to ask about a quick rack for my 6 and they recommended the xsara vts rack, so I'm just looking for some info on it how much quicker is it? is it worth my while? is there anything that needs to be adapted to make it fit? and so on. any help appreciated.

They are really good. Quick enough to make it a hoot to drive but not too quick to make it a right PITA when driving normally. Get a ph1 one and it will bolt straight on. Ph2 has different PAS fittings.

What phase is the 6?
They are great got one on my dturbo.
Phase 1 quick rack is 2.4 turns I think, phase 2 is 2.6 again I think.
Phase 1 to phase 1 is straight swap though you need the 6 ram due to the gearbox.

Yeah. I had a look on their site about 6 months ago and if you gave back your old rack, it was £140 for a brand new vts rack
Yeah ph1 vts rack is the one you want

can do it to any 306.
will likely need the lines to go with it if you buy a ph1 vts rack
No....as i said, if you get one from a ph1 vts, its direct fit. No extra parts needed.

Not bad price exchange, I sell them for £100.00 ago S/H but I know the 205 recon rack's just lack the feel of the OE One's

it's a phase 2 6 was thinking about a recon rack so it's worth doing then.
