well not via the scooter this time!
twisted my ankle over on uneven ground resulting in a broken ankle another 6-8weeks off in plaster

Mate you should be more careful!! At your age, having 'a fall' could cause you some serious damage! Have you considered taking a walker out with you? :think:

That sucks Cully! I was put in plaster for a really bad sprain at the beginning of the year. But I had one of those carbon fibre type plasters rather than the white plaster stuff that you've got. Bet that weighs a bit doesn't it?
