hey folks... after spending a few hours of swearing cursing and it came close that my beloved pug was going to meet swain vesta Sad  with springs and clips flying all over the gaff. so please folks have I set my shoes up right as I have never done drums before.. cheers guys

Looks like you want to let the hand brakes cables back a reasonable bit and the spring on the bit thats goes to the stop adjuster wants to clip in from behind the shoes not infront from memory. Can't see what difference it makes but that's what I've always seen them like.

looks fine apart from needing to back off the cables as mentioned, then take up the slack with the shoe adjuster.

you only want to remove the slack in the cables with their adjuster not use them to adjust the shoes.
need a part number? http://public.servicebox.peugeot.com/ and http://service.citroen.com/ will sort you out.
