Friend has a Xanita 16v, 35k on the clock. Immaculate engine bay/interior.

He lost the only key.

Got a new one cut with the code.

Guy came along to program it in...but it wouldnt let him...

Any ideas?!

He should've probably had a spare cut before that happened...

I think you use the original key while programming the new one in PP/Lexia. Does he not have the code card either?

Used these guys a few times when I wanted to program a new key and not having the blue immo code card

I think you only need either the key or code is what I meant, has he tried Citroen directly?
