Nah, hot side destroyed. Bearings dead too..guessing it didn't like the probe or 40psi.

If that's the Kinguwa turbo billet compressor then the VW boys reckon the standard cast one is actually better, all the billet one does is make it surge earlier.

A few important lessons learnt i guess, onwards and upwards. Smile

Good info that...
I mean its from the VW boys...but it does have a tendency to surge, so may explain that, thanks

Losing the love a bit tbh.

Think i'll shove the spare on n fit couple bits I've had sitting in boxes n focus on my other projects.

hmmm familiar sight - that'll be my gt2256v on the left, had no idea it was even like this until I pulled it off and stripped it as a complete unit it looked fine.

Got off lightly tbh, I know it is a kick in the balls, but just get another standard turbo on and it'll be 99% back to how it should be.

What has changed since Combe with the arduino? Was working fine then.

Shouldn't be too hard to fault find yourself, you can fire up laptop and run through some diag / make sure actuator is responding as requested, tps is working, map sensor ...etc

It's not massively complex and you've been running it for a whole now Smile
Thanks given by:
Its the PID me thinks.
But for some reason I cant change the values

In all fairness most 306s don't actually break down that much. If you look at most of the breakdowns, its because the owners have f*cked with it lol
