I don’t want to sell this car and I’m not saying that just for the benefit of the sales ad. However due to me buying a new car out of the blue it has forced me selling this as I don’t have the space to store it. This car over the 2 years I’ve owned it has had its ups and downs with problems. But as you can see from the list above there have been a lot of new parts put on and I find it a very fun car to drive. Head gasket and Cambelt was done by Carl at CG Cars Leicester and has been fine since. Rest of the work has been done by Langhams in Leicester who have always looked after the car each time it goes in. The car as it stands now is great. The paint work comes up really well after a wash and wax but it does have the odd car park dink and the odd stone chip but overall very good condition (made it into the clubs calendar also). Alloys are still in great condition with the odd mark on one alloy. Since all the above work has been carried out the car feels great to drive and is a real blast. Even got 400 miles to a tank when I drove to Wales which I thought was really good so it isn’t too bad on fuel for long journeys.
There are some bad points still but to be expected with the age of the car. The driver’s seat has a rip in which has got quite bad. As I already mentioned there is the odd small car park dink and some stone chips. Central locking stopped soon as I changed the batteries, never did manage to get my head around that one :dunno
I am sad to see it go and it certainly wouldn’t be selling if I could keep two cars, but I can’t. Anyone welcome to come and view it but to test drive it.
Pictures are of when I first got the car. Soon as I get a spare few hours and clear weather I'll polish and wax the car up then upload pictures of how it currently stands. But it's not far off what it looks like in these pictures.
