I'm making some Inlet adapters but I need some sizes! (MEASURE TWICE CUT ONCE )
Can any one pitch some sizes? Thanks to ConorTRG for the sizes
Next on the list!
The size of the pipe. I can do it at 2.5" but case will hit the sound proofing so a small section will need to be cut out (40mm x 70mm)
Is this ok? or would people rather not cut a little section out? it might not even need it. as the boot shuts. its just a tight squeeze
(Ignore the welds on the top part.. its just a test part)

Its to fit 2.5" pipe, its 2.75" high (70mm) (its also waaay to wide lol, it was just a test part tbh)
Been asked for 2" . 2.25" and 2.5" lol
What was the most common size you did?? Or did you just do a one size fits all?

2.5 is overkill surely
2.25 should be big enough for anyone
I'm still running 2 inch pipe for the majority of my intercooler pipe work

Spent a good 4-5 hours in the garage drilling the last of the holes, tac welding them into place for when I get some thicker mild steel welding wire. I've got some 0.8mm but I need thicker (I did a test with the 0.8.. Looked shit)
[attachment=12892]
what they will look like, Nothing special.
[attachment=12893]
The pipe is welded on the inside so silicone pipe can go right up so it can look nicer.
(not sure what happened to the colour)
