On a 9mm would say something not right there........ Oh you still got wastegate tho? Not to sure tbh no smoke on boost?

It does coal a bit on flat out but not like loads just a decent haze, im pretty sure thats the wastegate opening, but im properly hounding along at that point. If that gauge is accurate i got alot more fun to have yet lol!

get 11mm sorted and some more boost and fuel will be even more fun, would like to see what power its at with the wastegate still on.

The actuator isnt actually on, it fell off lol. The wastegate is being held shut with a cable tie.

Ooooooo Well i would look to see if your cable tie is still holding cos with a maxed out pump and a solid waste gate should be able to make 40psi+ as a few been to that pressure on here with 9mm

The cable tie is holding sort of, i think its opening on full chat a bit:/

I know it needs welding but im confident its holding until im going like f*ck because it coals a bit foot flat and theres a certain point where the harder i push the pedal it just coals more and i dont speed up but thats right at the bottom of the pedal :/

Oooooo i see. My mistake.......

Anyway all the more reason to get it welded tom and 11mm built/on, stop fannying around Wink

What has been done so far to decrease idle speed tom?

Obviously the lever on back of pump.
has the max throttle stop and return lever been removed?
Then grind some metal off back of the throttle lever where it sits against the throttle stop

or twist it round a spline...

but if its coaling like hell when your foot is flat down when on boost then that amazing cable tie isnt doing the job...

only needs to stretch a mm or so to drop the psi

So, i noticed earlier im missing a stud on the inlet manifold yay. I also done a professional repair to the rear bumper, one of the clips broke so i drilled a little hole and stuck a cable tie through it. Come on when do you ever take a back bumper off? And i got some rear stiffness issues, giggidy :p
