		Thanks for the heads up c2k, but I can see the inlet valves are bent now the inlet is off, will find out the true extent of the damage when I get the head off. 
Any no what could have caused it to slip on the front cam?

		Exhaust manifold can be done from above  but easiest from below,  it's a bitch . 
Perhaps Cambelt Snapped and was poorly timed. Where did you find the pullies?
