I have a question about a MBC:
when i adjust my max fueling and i mount a MBC for boost controle, will it smoke a lot then when i decrease boost for whatever reason?

If you have increased the fueling and then turn the boost down then yes it will be over fueling, but its easy enough to adjust the fueling again to suit.

You need to fit a boost gauge and do a stage 1 tune, relatively easy.

I'm not sure what you're asking?

Fitting an MBC will technically delay the wastegate opening to a higher pressure.
You'll need to alter you're fuelling to match, but be careful you're temperatures don't get out of control seeing as you have no intercooler

the idea is: do a stage 1 (after installing an IC and oil cooler). Most of the time i drive my car myself, but i also have a 20 year old son Dodgy
He's used to driving a 165 hp clio 1 2.0 16V with 212 Nm torque and he loves the push of that, so i'm a bit worried about my head gasket when the engine is cold and he's driving my car.
I guess i will settle for 18 psi to keep the internals of my engine in one piece

internals on the xuds can blow at standard psi.

just tell your son to not rag it when its cold! he shouldnt do that to any car!!!

that dont let him drive it?!

if he drives it hard from cold, standard boost, it is just as likely to go bang or bust summit...

just as his clio will if he drives it hard when cold

he won't drive it hard cold. This is his 22 year old Clio (will be at FCS 2013)
