		Well the rear two are easy, as you say. But I find the fronts more difficult, burn them out, remove the arms, remove loose studs, clean everything up, weld stud plates back in to the cup, cut the forks down so they sit on a fresh piece of cnc'd metal, tack that on, put in a jig, weld it all up.
