Defo HG Sad Just used a syringe and hose and drawn 5ml of water out of the head. Gutted.

Anyone done a HG on a 1.4 zetec engine, tips, etc. Or should I just change the whole lump as damage could have been done to the bottom end? If so as said, anyone got a zetec engine for sale cheap as chips!
