Which clutch for 97 DTurbo

Regarding the seals, are these the right ones http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/171696521924? Or on GSF they have "diff seals" right and left?
I have gearbox oil, but it's been sat in the garage for about 6 years - it doesn't go off does it?

Also, the cambelt was done about 25k ago, but that was also about 11 years ago - does the amount of time mean it should be replaced? Just thought it might be good to have it all done in one go
