New build and the builder has got a bit ahead of themselves selling them.

Oh, not sure Id want a new build, what are they doing with the percentage they have to give to social housing?

^This, all the kids that kick footballs at the cars all seem to come from the same few houses. Besides new builds just don't seem to be made the same as the old stuff. Built to tick boxes rather than to last.
