Well, considering a major component of 2k based paints killed 16,000 people in Bhopal - pretty bad is the answer.
Anyone who tells you otherwise is merely speculating that it's "not that bad" - yes there's lots of people I'm sure who've done it and have no ill effects, but I would say you'd be incredibly foolish to do so - a filter mask will not take it out - you need an air fed respirator mask or at least an activated charcoal mask, but wouldn't risk it personally with just an activated charcoal one tbh, when spraying there's so much of the stuff in the air, it'll saturate the filter...
Not to mention, it'll go in through your skin and eyes and any other orifices - I'm usually one for "fuckit, be reet", but tbh, it's one I wouldn't risk... Personally anyway...
