i get problems spraying with std spray tins if i dont use a FFP2 mask, it will f*ck me over for the next day

you only got to do a google search on the 2k paints to find its nasty stuff

But you also see people saying it's fine and I bet 90% of the info on the web is 2nd / 3rd / 4th / 5th hand info e.g. "I read on a forum you shouldn't do it, it's nasty shit and you HAVE to use an air fed mask".

We all know what forums are like... 

End of the day it's toxic, but covering whole body, wearing a mask that I'm gonna bin the filter on after one use and not hanging around the car after spraying, seriously how bad can it be.

I've used these types of masks for several years and so has pretty much every other painter I know. You need to ensure that you also have some sealed eye protection and also make sure that where you are painting is a well ventilated area but also somewhere where others will not be able to breath in the fumes as they are highly toxic.

with 2k paint so is more than capable for what you need. I'm sure you'll have heard of 3m before. The best imo.

Regardless, I will look into air fed.
