The limiter is there for a reason. I wouldn't adjust it unless you're doing some serious tuning and know what you're doing
The power and torque peaks at about 3000rpm anyway, so it's wasteful being up that high unless you've been tuning. All you're doing is creating more heat/being inefficient.
