Tbh just sounds like a knackered beam, you do get used to it when you've been driving with it a while because it is a fairly predictable movement if you drive consistently.
Test it on a wet (edit: and empty lol!) car park or something by poking it into lift-off oversteer, if it's fairly violent when it goes then you know what the problem is.
